Hi everyone the Cripple Creek HOA garage sale weekend will be Thursday May 20th to Saturday May 22nd! Have fun and stay safe.

Please join us for our annual meeting on Monday July 19, 2021 at 7 pm. We will once again be meeting at the Holiday Inn Express Lincoln SW, 2500 Tamarin Ridge Rd, Lincoln 68512.

The 2024 Cripple Creek HOA garage sale weekend will be May 4th to Saturday May 5th.

Join fellow HOA members at our spring clean up. We will have a chipper and plan to clean up fallen branches in our common areas. Sorry we need to reschedule, the event will not take place on May 18.
