There are different covenants for different additions, if you do not know what addition your home is in proceed to the Lancaster county assessor website:
https://www.lancaster.ne.gov/153/AssessorRegister-of-Deeds
 
 
Click on Property Search and type in your address and read your legal description:
 
Legal Description
CRIPPLE CREEK Addition Number, BLOCK number, Lot number
 
 
Go to the Index pdf and find your addition number, make sure your block and lot are in the addition, if there are more than one similar addition number listing.
 
Of course, there are exceptions:
 
Cripple Creek East 7th Addition, Block 1, Lots 1-3 was created out of Cripple Creek East 5th Addition, Block 2, Lots 5-7.    Cripple Creek East 5th Addition, Block 2, Lots 5-7 Restrictive Covenants apply.
